Hidden within the spectacular Norfolk countryside, our awesome Heydon venue is ideally placed to take part in the exhilarating activity that is Clay Pigeon Shooting! Taking aim at targets which are launched into the air using a state of the art trap, you'll get the chance to immerse yourself in activity that's suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Whilst it's challenging, there aren't many better feelings than smashing your very first clay out of the sky! You'll be guided by a qualified instructor throughout the session. So, you'll soon be transformed into a true clay assassin in no time at all! Full equipment hire is provided for the experience.
Here at our Heydon Clays venue, we've got a range of excellent facilities to accommodate for individuals, corporate groups and stag/hen parties. At the end of your event, the best shooters will be awarded medals and trophies - the perfect reward for smashing those clays out of the sky! Also available is car parking and toilets.

Supplied with 20 clays, it's time to take aim and set your sights on blasting each and every one of them into smithereens! Joined by a qualified instructor, you'll be taught all the tips and tricks needed to take on our challenging range of targets.
So, even if you've got no previous experience, there's no need for you to worry, you'll be left in more than capable hands! It's highly competitive too, which makes it the ideal activity for those in search of the ideal experience for a stag/hen do, or corporate event. Fantastic experience. Very personable, knowledgeable and amusing instructor and charming assistant. Three of our four shooters had not shot beforehand and were put at ease and quickly overcame initial nerves. All of the party had a great time though inevitably time went too quickly. We started with 20 shots which was a sensible number to allow shooters to get used to the weight of the gun they were using. Our party all want to enjoy the experience again - perhaps 30 shots next time.

We had a fun afternoon under Colin's superb expert instruction. I don't think I'm ready for the Paris 2024 shooting team but we definitely learned a whole lot.
